Returns & Refunds
Buying with confidence, including your statutory rights.
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains how returns and refunds work and your rights as a consumer.
Your statutory rights
As a consumer buying online in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act, including the right to cancel many online purchases and to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy reduces those statutory rights.
Cancelling and returning an item
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To return an item, email [email protected] and we will explain how. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Items with special conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products have specific return conditions. Riding helmets and body protectors, for example, are safety items, and returns of fitted or used safety equipment may be restricted. Any such conditions do not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or not as ordered, please contact us and we will put it right in line with your statutory rights.
